Who is it for?
Healthy Cooking Club is for patients who would like to gain new skills and new ideas to make preparing healthy meals easier, simpler, and more fun.
What will I gain from attending the workshops?
Learn safe food handling and storage methods
Perfect your cooking preparation techniques, such as skills involving slicing, dicing, and grating
Learn how to complete a several course meal from start to finish
Try new recipes; each month we will highlight a different type of cooking, including different types of ethnic cooking, vegetarian meals, and kid-friendly meals.
Sample what you have made (note that only small servings of each dish will available for patients to enjoy)
