Walking is nearly a perfect exercise. It is an activity that can be incorporated into everyday life at all stages of life.
Our walking group is held at the YMCA-YWCA of Guelph on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Drop in anytime between 6 and 8pm and sign in with our volunteer down at the track.
We will provide you with a pedometer and healthy living tips including recipes, exercises to do at home and handouts to help you lead your best life.
No sign up is necessary.
