Who is it for?

Introduction to Mindfulness is for patients that need help living 'in the moment' and being able to feel grounded during times of stress or high emotions.

How long is the workshop?

Two sessions, two hours each session.

What will I gain from attending?

  •      Deep breathing skills 

  •      Learn how to pay attention in the moment

  •      Learn how to recognize signs of physical tension in the body and how to respond to them

Facilitated by a Mental Health Counsellor(M.S.W.)
