Who is it for?

Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Part 1 is for patients over 17 that are struggling with feeling sad, anxious, dealing with a major life transition or a difficult life situation.

How long is the workshop?

Three sessions, two hours each session.

What will I gain from attending?

  •         Learn about the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and actions

  •         Complete take-home readings and exercises to help you understand more about why you might act and feel the way you do

  •         Enjoy a safe place to talk about feeling stressed, worried, or anxious

  •          Start setting small, attainable goals to help you feel better

Facilitated by a Mental Health Counsellor (M.S.W.)
